I’m always on the lookout for plugins that will benefit my wordpress blogs. I noticed recently that I don’t have much color on this blog and wanted to spice it up.
I found Photo Dropper, which allows you to easily search for and add creative commons licensed photos.
At the time of writing, I am running WordPress 2.5.1 and this plugin works for me. I recommend it.
On the Settings Page for the Photo Dropper plugin, it gives you the option to put in code to wrap the image with. I recommend adding:
<div style=”float:left;padding:3px;”>
to the “Insert Before” and:
</div>
to the “Insert After”.
You can change “left” to “right” or “center”. The purpose of doing this is so that your text wraps around the picture.
I just have to go and figure out how to change the <a href=””> tags to include rel=”nofollow”. I’ll let you know how I go :)

I recently found Photo Dropper and Its a great tool.
Had no idea how to do the wrapping (which was annoying me) but this might work!
Thanks!

Hi, Kevin Stacey here..
First off, this post is extremely thorough! I don’t see too many bloggers going into detail like you have…that’s the mark of a blogger who knows their SEO plugin. For optimization, free plugins like All in One SEO Pack are really great as it lays down the basic SEO foundation for a WordPress site, but every blog is different and nothing works best for everyone.
I always suggest looking at a side-by-side comparison of the best seo plugins for WordPress in order to make an informed decision of what the best plugin is for that blogger and their website’s specific needs.
Here’s my most recent write-up on the subject:

Check it out and let me know what you think.
Great article btw…I’ll be referencing this post on my main blog.
